BALANCE                                                                                                                                                         This class strives to balance strength, flexibility, endurance, and relaxation.  Muscles are stretched & strengthened through a full range of movement.  Improve circulation, decrease stress, & leave refreshed!
Monday 6:30-7:30pm    
 
YOGA
For all ability levels: enhances mind and body awareness.  We recommend participants bring their own mat and please bring a thick blanket or thick beach towel.  Come and Relax!!!
